Terms and conditions

RATES
The rates shown in the table are in Euros per apartment for the maximum number of guests allowed in each type of accommodation, for a period of one week, and include the use of the premises, with the related services, furniture and accessories.
10% discount on second and subsequent weeks except in June, July, August and September.

ARRIVAL
Saturday from 5 pm

DEPARTURE
Saturday before 10 am. A late departure will lead to guests being charged for an additional night's stay;
Guests agree to look after the apartment and leave it in the same condition in which it was found.

APARTMENTS
One-room apartments sleeping up to 4 people, consisting of a living room, double bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom and private terrace;

Two-room apartments sleeping up to 4 people, consisting of a
living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and
private terrace or garden;

Two-room apartments sleeping up to 6 people, consisting of a
living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, retractable bunk bed attic
with double bed, bathroom and private terrace;

All apartments have independent external access, large terraces or
gardens furnished with chairs and a table covered with electric awnings,
TV, guest-controlled air conditioning and heating with remote control,
safe, bathroom with shower stall, beach umbrella and two sun loungers
reserved by the pool;

All apartments are equipped with dishes and everything else needed for
the stay for the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated;

Cleaning products, sponges, toilet paper, matches, and consumables are not provided in the apartment.

THE RATES INCLUDE
Water, electricity and gas;
1GB free WiFi
TV, safe, air conditioning, use of cots/children's beds and high chairs subject to availability;
Use of the private car park;
Bed linen and towels (weekly change);
Final cleaning;
Beach umbrella and two sun loungers reserved by the pool.


THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

Extra linen change €10 per person;
Extra cleaning €30;
Second car €10 per day.

BOOKINGS
There are two different ways to complete the booking:
- For the first, a 30% deposit is paid by bank transfer and the remaining
70% is paid during the stay. There is no charge for cancellations or
changes made up until 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of
cancellations or changes made after this date or a no-show, the deposit
will be withheld.
- The second option involves providing credit card details (cardholder
name, card number and expiry date). Nothing will be debited to the card
and the guest will pay the entire amount during the stay. Once again,
the booking may be cancelled or changed up until 7 days prior to
arrival. Cancellations or changes made after this date or a no-show will
lead to 30% of the total amount being debited to the credit card.


PAYMENTS
Upon booking, guests must provide a credit card number if the total
amount is to be paid at the start of the stay or pay a 30% deposit by
bank transfer, postal order or credit card. The balance must be paid at
the beginning of the stay. Extra services will be paid for at the end of
the holiday.
No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

MANDATORY DEPOSIT AND BREAKAGES
A mandatory deposit of €100 must be paid in cash on arrival for the
remote controls (TV, air conditioner and outdoor awning), the key to the
safe and the electronic key for the entrance gate. The deposit will be
retained if any of these accessories are broken by the guest. Any damage
to or items missing from Borgomare property will be charged separately.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES
If a guest cancels for any reason, the entire deposit will only be
returned if the guest notifies Borgomare, by telegram, fax or e-mail, at
least 7 days prior to the start of the holiday. After this date, no
refunds will be given.
No refunds will be given for early departures.

SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open during the summer months and has precise rules and opening times which are displayed at the entrance.

CAR PARK
Guests at Borgomare can enjoy free on-site parking, up to a maximum of one vehicle per apartment.
Staff are not liable for any theft of or damage to vehicles or objects left in them.

OUTSIDE VISITORS
For reasons of public security, access is restricted to guests only. Friends and relatives are not permitted to enter.

The management reserves the right to remove guests from the property immediately in the event of uncivilised behaviour.
