PRICES
- the prices published in the chart are weekly prices in Euros for the maximum number of guests for each apartment type. They include all services, furniture and accessories.

ARRIVAL
- Saturday from 17:00

DEPARTURE
- Saturday before 10:00. Staying beyond this time will require the inclusion of a charge for an extra day’s stay.
- guests are expected to treat apartments with care and to leave them in the same condition in which they were found.

APARTMENTS
- One Room Flats (4 Persons), space for a maximum of 4 people, composed of a living room with a corner cooking area, two sofa beds, a bathroom and a private terrace.
- Two Room Flats (4 Persons), space for a maximum of 4 people, composed of a living room with a corner cooking area, a sofa bed, a separate room with a double bed (some in a raised balcony-like area), a bathroom and a private terrace or garden.
- Two Room Flats (6 Persons), space for a maximum of 6 people, composed of a living room with a corner cooking area, a sofa bed, two hide-away beds, a separate room with a double bed in a raised balcony-like area, a bathroom and a private terrace.
- all the apartments have a separate entrance and an armored front door, garden or terrace with table and seats covered by electric sun curtains, TV, air conditioned and heating with remote control, safe, two beach beds and one umbrella reserved by the pool.
- all the apartments are equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and all other related household necessities, up to each apartment’s maximum guest capacity.
- cleansers, sponges, toilet paper, matches, and other consumable materials are not provided with the apartment.

THE PRICE QUOTES INCLUDE:
- water, light and gas consumption;
- satellite TV, a safe, air conditioning, the use of cribs and highchairs as long as supplies last;
- use of the swimming pools along with beach beds and umbrellas;
- use of the private parking lot;
- bedsheets and towels (changed each week);
- final clean-up.

THE PRICE QUOTES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- extra change of bedsheets and towels - € 10 each person;
- extra cleaning - €30;
- parking of second car - €10,00 per day.

BOOKINGS
- The acceptance of bookings is solely up to BORGOMARE and is subject to the availability of places and the receipt of the required downpayment. Reservations will be confirmed by BORGOMARE in writing by fax or e-mail.

PAYMENTS
- Upon booking, a 30% downpayment of the cost of the holiday must be submitted, either through bank money transfer, postal money order, or credit card. The balance, including the cost of any extra services requested, must be paid on arrival.

OBLIGATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT AND BREAKAGES
- a deposit of €100.00 in cash must be provided on arrival as a security deposit for the remote controls (satellite TV, air conditioner and outside shade), the key to the safe and for the electronic key to the entrance gate. This deposit will be retained in the case of breakage of one or more than these accessories by the client. Any eventual damages to any BORGOMARE buildings will be evaluated separately.

CANCELLATION AND PENALTY
- in the case of a cancellation for any reason, the whole deposit will be returned ONLY if the client informs BORGOMARE, through telegram, fax or e-mail, at least 30 days before the beginning of the holiday. Otherwise, no reimbursement will be paid.

NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED

SWIMMING POOL
- the swimming pool remains open in the summer months. Its schedule and rules are displayed at the pool entrance.

PARKING LOT
- the guests of BORGOMARE have free use of the inside parking lot, up to a maximum of one car per apartment.

PEOPLE VISITING GUESTS
- the visits of relatives or friends must be communicated to and allowed by the management, and must be compatible with the size of the apartment. The following daily charges per person will be applied:
From 01/05 to 31/09 - €30.00
From 01/10 to 30/04 - €15.00

The management reserves the right of immediate dismissal in the case of uncivil behavior.
